Supporting tool for the decision-taking in the project programming

Abstract

Supporting tool for solving the problems of productive process in the project programming is discussed. The project process is applied when the works are unique or uncommon for the company. It includes complex activities interrelated to a clearly-defined beginning and end that must be carried out in a certain order by using suitable resources and times. Programming specifies the project plan in more detail because it deals with the deadlines to implement the different activities in order to establish afterwards their logical sequences in a way that the order in which they must be developed can be visualized.
