Se trata de un cuadro muy grave, que clásicamente cursa con dolor abdominal, náuseas, vómitos y elevación de las enzimas hepáticas; pueden presentarse cuadros atípicos con comienzo insidioso y otras manifestaciones clínicas que son infrecuentes en los casos de esteatosis hepática del embarazo.en_US
