We analysed five consecutive cases of acute fatty liver of pregnancy, along with the associated morbidity, mortality and complications. Between January 1999 and January 2008, a total of 68,524 deliveries were assisted at the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department of the Hospital Universitario Materno-Infantil de Canarias (Canaries University Hospital Maternity Ward); among them, five cases of acute fatty liver of pregnancy were identified. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10553/52238 | ISSN: | 0144-3615 | DOI: | 10.3109/01443610903452765 | Fuente: | Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology[ISSN 0144-3615],v. 30(3), p. 241-243 |
