Issue Date: | 2006 | Journal: | Contact Dermatitis | Abstract: | Connubial or Consort allergic contact dermatitis is a dermatitis in which lesions are due to a substance used by the partner. Reported cases are produced after the use of perfumes (1), cosmetic products containing Compositae plants extracts (2), hair care products (3) and feminine hygiene products such as vaginal lubricants containing propyleneglycol, spermicides containing mercurial salts (4), antiseptics such as clorhexidine or nifurantel and antifungal agents like clotrimazole (5). To our knowledge, this is the first case reported of connubial allergic contact dermatitis by the widespread conservative used Euxyl K 400. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10553/50670 | ISSN: | 0105-1873 | DOI: | 10.1111/j.0105-1873.2006.0560d.x | Source: | Contact Dermatitis[ISSN 0105-1873],v. 54(2), p. 122-123 (Febrero 2006) |
