Issue Date: | 1995 | Journal: | Respiration; international review of thoracic diseases | Abstract: | Lung lymphomas frequently present a diagnostic challenge. The diagnosis of malignant lymphoma is possible when lymphocyte subpopulations show aneuploidy or a definable monoclonal surface marker or both. We present a case of lymphoma of the lung in which DNA analysis of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was the first successful method in the time course of diagnosis. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10553/46664 | ISSN: | 0025-7931 | DOI: | 10.1159/000196482 | Source: | Respiration[ISSN 0025-7931],v. 62, p. 359-360 |
