Abstract: This paper describes the most salient features of a Modula-2-like programming language and its implementation on PC under MS-DOS. The main design goal was systems programming, allowing a convenient combination of high level structures with low level access and concurrency, supporting interrupt routines, processes and monitors. The user interface includes an integrated editor.
