The new values for reactions 17–19 should be <0.04 M–1 s–1, that agree with Bielsky and Richter(2) and Rose and Waite(3) results. The values of log k (M–1s–1) that best fit the experimental conditions are, consequently: reaction 1 should be changed from 0.929 to 0.813; reaction 3 should be changed from 3.02 to 2.78; reaction 13 should be changed from 3.5 to 3.87; reaction 14 should be changed from 3.8 to 3.9; reaction 15 should be changed from 2.6 to 2.7 and reaction 16 should be changed from 3.5 to 3.55. Reference 59 should be changed by the reference 2 in this correction.
