Issue Date: | 1997 | Publisher: | 0013-5194 | Journal: | Electronics letters | Abstract: | A Muller-C element is a fundamental building block of a handshake path in self-timed digital circuits. It is a basic event driven logic (EDL) gate, implementing the AND function for events. The authors present a new, improved design of the Muller-C element using GaAs MESFET technology. A static Muller-C gate is implemented that incorporates modifications of newly introduced, GaAs pseudodynamic latched logic family (PDLL) primitives. The circuit is characterised by very high speed and low power dissipation. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10553/45089 | ISSN: | 0013-5194 | DOI: | 10.1049/el:19970503 | Source: | Electronics Letters[ISSN 0013-5194],v. 33, p. 757-759 |
