Presentation of the results obtained in 35 patients with ureteral lithiasis treated over a two-year interval by means of ureteroscopy with pseudoanalgesia at the Hospital Insular, with a 89% success rate. We conclude that in selected cases, the use of peg ureteroscopy or pneumatic lithotrite is a valid therapeutical option since it is well-tolerated and has the benefit of a short or null hospitalization.en_US
