Abstract: En el presente trabajo pretendemos analizar la voluntas testamentaria desde la óptica de la publicidad y la fe administrativa que le confiere su depósito en el Bajo imperio, dando validez al acto de transferencia de los bienes del causante, que persigue además intereses fiscales.
The paper analyzes the testamentary voluntas from the perspective of publicity and the administrative faith that confers its deposit in the end of Empire, giving validity to the act of transference of the property of the deceased, which also pursues fiscal interests.
