Caracterización histológica, inmunohistológica y ultraestructural de las lesiones pulmonares producidass natural y experimentalmente por micoplasmas en ganado caprino y porcino

Abstract

In this work it has been analyzed the pathogenicity of M. agalactiae and bovis in experimentally infected goats and pigs infected naturally by M. hyopneumoniae . Secondly it has been carried out an immunohistochemical study to determine the cellular populations present in the airways and pulmo nary parenchyma an d in special in the bronchus -associated lymphoid tissue in animal s infected by these species of mycoplasmas. It was used polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies for the detection of antigens of mycoplasmas, T lymphocytes (CD3 + , CD4 + and CD8 + ), B lymphocytes, TcR γ / δ lymphocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, neutrophils and B lymphocytes IgG + and IgA + . Finally, it was analyzed the ultrastructural changes of the respiratory tract.
