Factores clínicos de riesgo y deterioro de la microarquitectura ósea en osteoporosis premenopáusica

Abstract

El objetivo principal de esta tesis es estudiar los factores de riesgo clínicos de osteoporosis y de fracturas de naturaleza osteoporótica en mujeres con osteoporosis remenopáusica, así como evaluar el deterioro de la microarquitectura ósea presente en este grupo de pacientes.

We analyze clinical risk factors involved in the development of osteoporosis and fragility fractures in premenopausal women and evaluation of bone microarchitecture, along with the possible pathogenic mechanisms involved in bone loss in young women, in order to contribute to a better understanding of this process and data that support a correct clinical approach and the establishment of the most appropiate therapeutic strategies in the patients.
