La doctrina del consentimiento tácito en el régimen de propiedad horizontal

Abstract

En este trabajo sus autores se han fijado como objetivo ordenar todos los pronunciamientos de la Sala Primera del Tribunal Supremo en los que se invoca la aplicabilidad de la doctrina del consentimiento tácito en el régimen de propiedad horizontal, analizando caso por caso cada uno de los supuestos en que dicha doctrina resulta de aplicación.

In this work, the authors have set themselves the objective of compiling all the rulings of the First Chamber of the Supreme Court in which the doctrine of implied consent is invoked in the context of the condominium regime, analysing on a case-by-case basis each of the situations in which this doctrine applies.
