Las mujeres víctimas de violencia de género y sus agresores

Abstract

La preocupación por la violencia de género y por las consecuencias sociales y psicológicas que produce en las mujeres que la sufren, ha dado lugar a que en las últimas décadas se haya puesto de manifiesto el rechazo de organizaciones internacionales y de muchos países expresado a través de una prolífica actividad legislativa dirigida a la adopción de medidas, cada vez más específicas, de prevención y de protección a las víctimas. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar las principales características que determinan el perfil socio-demográfico de las usuarias de los servicios de protección a las víctimas de violencia género, así como mostrar las variables que determinan el tipo de violencia que sufren, el contexto donde se manifiesta, y las variables personales que explican las conductas violentas y agravan las situaciones de riesgos. Igualmente analizamos las características socio-demográficas de los agresores. El trabajo se realizó con una muestra de 496 mujeres, destacamos en la variable estudios se observan unos porcentajes muy igualados y la variable tipos de ingresos, donde el 43.7% no tienen ingresos propios o fijos, y el 25% tiene ingresos menores a 540€. En cuanto a los resultados de los agresores destacamos que presentan un alto consumo de alcohol y de otros tipos de drogas en un 52,6% de la muestra.

Concern about gender violence and the social and psychological consequent cesit produces in women who suffer it, have led to their ejection of international organizations and much country expressed through prolific legislative activity aimed at the adoption of increasingly specific measures for prevention and protection of victims.The objective of this work is to analyse the main characteristics that determine the socio-demographic profile of the users of protection services for victims of gender violence, as well as to show the variables that determine the type of violence they suffer, the context in which manifests, that explaining violet behaviour and aggravate risk situations.We also analysed the socio demographic characteristics of the aggressors. The work was carried out with a sample of 496 women, which light that in the studies variable there are very equal percent ages and they of income variable, where 43.7% do not have their ownor fixed income, and 25% have income less than €540. Regarding the results of the aggressors, we highlight that they have a high consumption of alcohol and other types of drugs in 52.6% of the sample
