Conflictos familiares y soluciones. Los procesos especiales de familia y la mediación familiar

Abstract

This publication focuses on the analysis of the solutions that are provided to family conflicts, either from the civil process, or from the appropriate means of dispute resolution, specifically, family mediation. Special emphasis is placed on the response provided by family mediation, but also on the technologies that are emerging and are proving their effectiveness and assistance to help provide meaningful solutions in this field. Family conflicts are often stories of inadequate management of disputes that arise within the family and that are important to lead and redirect, properly, in the search for the best solution to the conflict raised. The present work makes some proposals aimed at improving the problems that arise in this area.
