La transparencia legal en el siglo xix: incorporaciones, copias y papel sellado en la sección de protocolos del A.H.P.L.P.

Abstract

Este trabajo analiza la incorporación de un instrumento público bicentenario en un protocolo incardinado en Lanzarote y que agrupa dos años de ejercicio, 1829 y 1830, bajo dos perspectivas: la tradición documental y la legislación sobre el estanco de los sellos aplicado a los libros notariales.

This work analyses the incorporation of a bicentennial public instrument in a protocol implemented in the Lanzarote Island, which embraces two years of exercise, 1829 and 1830. The implementation of protocol is examined from two points of view: the documentary tradition and the legislation of the state monopoly regarding the sealed paper applied to notarial books.
