Abstract: The purpose of this chapter is to determine which innovative elements are necessary in the design and development of lifelong learning actions aimed at people experiencing poverty and social exclusion in order to achieve their social and labor insertion. Both technical-vocational and socio-labor competencies are addressed in addition to the adaptation of methodology, job working insertion itineraries, technical accompaniment, development of executive functions, an innovative approach to communicative competence together with personal competences including health maintenance. Without these factors, many training programs fail in the social and labor insertion of these groups despite the strong economic investment made.
