En este sentido, se pretende ofrecer una lectura crítica y clarificadora sobre las características laborales de la figura del DPD que se prevén, en síntesis, en el RGPD y la LOPDGDD. The aim of this paper is to address and delve deeper into the study of the employment status of the DPD as a result of the latest judicial pronouncements and doctrine issued by the AEPD. In this sense, the aim is to offer a critical and clarifying reading of the employment characteristics of the figure of the DPD that are provided for, in summary, in the RGPD and the LOPDGDD. |
