| dc.description.abstract | We consider the solution of sparse linear systems Ax = b arising from finite difference discretization of the transient lineal wave equation. Two different strategies are studied: the preconditioned conjúgate gradient method for the symmetric case and the preconditioned BiCGSTAB for the nonsymmetric one.
