Abstract: In this paper we present learning tools from a new perspective, characterized by the way they are scheduled and developed as well as their interactive nature. The interactive software applications described mean a device to improve the teaching-learning process and to make it more attractive. These tools are delivered using multimedia learning management systems whose implantation and use will be developed through different phases in the university and in various Secondary Schools in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. In these new learning management systems different learning objects are implemented in order to make it possible to adapt the web platform to the new characteristics of the Web 3.0. These projects are called Prometeo and IESCampus. IESCampus has been developed for Secondary Schools as an extension of the project Prometeo developed in the university as an initiative promoted by the Quality and Educative Innovation Vicechancellorship of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
