Consideraciones en relación al fomento de las cooperativas de iniciativa social en el ordenamiento jurídico español

Abstract

Con el presente trabajo se aborda la regulación de las cooperativas de iniciativa social con la correspondiente presentación de las mismas desde su aspecto conceptual. Dicho aspecto conceptual no es expreso pues son sus elementos los que aproximan a su consideración, permitiendo dar contenido al mismo. Todo ello importa, sin perder de vista qué entender por Economía Social como aglutinador de las máximas de los valores cooperativos. Atender a la existencia de cooperativas de iniciativa social per ser es renunciar al ánimo de lucro, pero no necesariamente a la consideración de cooperativa.

This paper deals with the regulation of cooperatives of social initiative with the corresponding presentation of them from its conceptual aspect. Said conceptual aspect is not express because they are its elements that approach its consideration, allowing to give content to it. All this matters, without losing sight of what to understand by the Social Economy as the unifier of the maxims of cooperative values. To attend to the existence of cooperatives of social initiative to be is to renounce the profit motive, but not necessarily to the consideration of cooperative.
