An empirical research was carried out by mean of a survey to 291 academic researchers in 87 teams. The show the importance of collaborative team processes for the scientific production of researchers. Thus, the number of articles published in SCI journals by researchers is directly related to their level of commitment with the team. That commitment is influenced both by the researchers' satisfaction and by collaborative team processes that favours knowledge sharing dynamics. Ultimately, team processes show a direct and indirect impact on all model variables that lead to a greater team commitment, which is to be a determining factor in the number of articles published by researchers. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10553/110949 | ISBN: | 978-84-7356-914-9 | Source: | Descubriendo nuevos horizontes en administración: XXVII Congreso Anual AEDEM, Universidad de Huelva, 5, 6 y 7 de junio de 2013 / coord. por Juan José García Machado, Escuela Superior de Gestión Comercial y Marketing, ESIC, 2013. p. 127 |
