| dc.description.abstract | Según muchos estudios corroboran que el ejercicio físico afecta positivamente al comportamiento, al estado anímico y físico de las personas que lo practican con regularidad. Por ello en este proyecto trabajaremos con las mujeres internas en el Centro Penitenciario de Lanzarote, durante tres meses trabajaremos junto a ellas para observar su evolución en cuanto a comportamiento, actitudes y otros aspectos que tendremos en cuenta durante el proyecto. Para llevar a cabo este proyecto pondremos a disposición de las internas una serie de actividades deportivas las cuales les ayudarán y serán claves para que cambien sus conductas. | en_US |
