dc.description.abstractEvery day millions of people are go to work, schools and others place by car; these people can suffer traffic accidents, in this case in order to help the injured it is a priority. If the emergency services are far away the injured may die. The Emergency Coordination Centers have been created to improve the time that the police, ambulance and firefighter have to help in the accident. When the injured are seriously affected, each minute is essential, the emergency services must arrive together to the accident’s place because all are necessary at the same time for coordination and an efficient and effective rescue. New technologies are important to get better emergency services. On the other hand, the cars need devices that allow its location when the accident has happened. This work has been performed to study as it has influenced the inclusion of the Emergency Coordination Center as an improvement in the time that it takes to help in traffic accidents. By statistical analysis they will attempt to show the influence of the Emergency Coordination Center in the assistance of traffic accidentsen_US
