Issue Date: | 2023 | Journal: | Revista Espanola de Enfermedades Digestivas | Abstract: | Gallstone ileus is a rare complication of cholecystoduodenal fistula. Gastric ischemia due to intestinal obstruction is an extremely rare event that, if not diagnosed in time, can have a fatal outcome. We present the case of a patient with intestinal occlusion due to a gallstone obstructing the middle jejunum in which gastric ischemia was diagnosed intraoperatively due to the distension caused by the intestinal obstruction. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10553/136333 | ISSN: | 1130-0108 | DOI: | 10.17235/reed.2022.9083/2022 | Source: | Revista Espanola de Enfermedades Digestivas [ISSN 1130-0108], v. 115 (3), pp. 154-155 |
