Abstract: The present work tries to investigate the subject of Hispano-Moroccan interculturality whose features seem to us as a natural result of the successive historical moments of contact between the West and East. Therefore, the literature that was produced in the eve, during and after the key events in the relations established between these two parts of the world, is an essential basis for understanding many phenomena that accompany the neighborhood, the meeting and the confrontation between peoples of different cultures. In this study, the ideas of Edward Said emerge as fundamental reference that guides us to coloniality whose sociocultural influences are undeniable in the reality of the countries.
