De alojamiento turístico a alojamiento turístico residencial asistido

Abstract

Con la aparición de la Covid-19, toda la humanidad se ha visto afectada por el riesgo de contagio y la dureza con la que golpea este virus y los gobiernos de todo el mundo decidieron optar por el confinamiento masivo y las medidas de seguridad. Muchos establecimientos turísticos tuvieron que cerrar, pues los gastos de estar abiertos sin clientes eran insoportables y tampoco tenía sentido. Coincidencia o consecuencia de la Covid-19, había recintos a la venta en todas las comunidades autónomas. Algunos establecimientos lograron sobrevivir por su adaptación hacia nuevos nichos de mercado (teletrabajo). La propuesta que se plantea en el presente trabajo es la reconversión de recintos alojativos turísticos, que permanecen cerrados, en alojamientos turísticos residenciales asistidos.

With the emergence of the Covid-19, all humanity has been affected by the risk of contagion and the harshness with which it hits, and governments around the world decided to opt for mass confinement and security measures. Many tourist establishments had to close, as the costs of being open without clients were unbearable and it did not make sense either. Coincidence or consequence of the Covid-19, there were premises for sale in all the Autonomous Communities. Some establishments managed to survive by their adaptation to new market niches (teleworking). The proposal presented in this paper is the conversion of tourist accommodation centers, which remain closed, into assisted residential tourist accommodation.
