Análisis del modelo de negocio sightrunning en Lanzarote: “Running Tour Lanzarote”

Abstract

Observando el interés que existe en la actualidad por el turismo activo y aprovechando los recursos y entornos naturales de Lanzarote, se plantea la viabilidad de la creación de una empresa dedicada al sightrunning en Arrecife. A lo largo de este trabajo se pretende plasmar una visión general del proyecto, con respecto a la creación y desarrollo del mismo, analizando puntos importantes como el análisis estratégico, comercial, organizativo del proyecto empresarial.

Noting the interest that currently exists for active tourism, and using the resources and natural environments of Lanzarote, the viability of creating a company dedicated to sightrunning in Arrecife is proposed. Throughout this work is pretend to capture an overview of the project regarding the creation and development of it, analyzing important issues such as strategic analysis, commercial, organizational business plan.
