La atemporalidad de la PRL en tiempos VUCA y de crisis “危機”: #PRLpositiva #PRLpredictiva". Una visión desde la gestión

Abstract

En tiempos de crisis lo esencial y atemporal en prevención de riesgos laborales (PRL) es fundamental. Ante el cambio complejo, sostenible y r.pido en este comienzo del siglo XXI, se añaden situaciones de crisis como la pandemia de la Covid-19, por tanto, es necesario considerar aspectos atemporales. Se exponen conceptos básicos y atemporales que aporta la PRL. Y se resalta la importancia y la urgencia de la #PRLpositiva junto a la #PRLpredictiva. Se considera el enfoque del concepto de "Crisis" en chino “危機”. Con la perspectiva del doble enfoque: "peligro" y "oportunidad", dado desde 1938. Y se propone hacer lo mismo con los conceptos que surgen del acrónimo inglés “VUCA”. Como mensaje fuerza desde la PRL. Las palabras son síntesis de la realidad, que permiten entenderla, comprenderla, aprehenderla, ... Se presenta el teorema del mayor riesgo: “En toda actividad humana el mayor riesgo es el desconocimiento de los riesgos o no querer conocerlos. Y el segundo mayor riesgo es adoptar medidas inadecuadas de prevención, protección, seguridad, salud, … en fase de diseño, ejecución, mantenimiento y/o cierre, pensando que estén bien adoptadas cuando no lo están. Y el tercer mayor riesgo es la infodemia y la infoxicación.” Una de las características del camino, de la PRL en el siglo XXI, es la de ser cada día más científica.
