|Issue Date:||1999||Journal:||Revista de Chimie||Abstract:||Copper sample were exposed (for 1 year) in different areas of Fuerteventura Island from Canare Archipelago, to study atmospheric corrosion in this tropical climate. The chlorine and SO2 concentrations were determined; also the moisture content was measured all exposure time. The corrosion products were analysed by X ray diffraction.
