Excellent clinical response was achieved and sustained when immunomodulatory therapy with interferon-γ was initiated. This is the case of a first child who was successfully treated with interferon-γ as adjuvant therapy for chronic multifocal Q fever osteomyelitis.||URI:||http://hdl.handle.net/10553/48627||ISSN:||0891-3668||DOI:||10.1097/INF.0b013e31821487f5||Source:||Pediatric Infectious Disease Journal[ISSN 0891-3668],v. 30, p. 810-812 (Septiembre 2011)|
