The organization of microtubules, microfilaments, and cytokeratin filaments is described and the relationships of each network with the ciliary apparatus are emphasized. Possible functions of such a complex cytoskeleton are discussed. © 1988.||URI:||http://hdl.handle.net/10553/48450||ISSN:||0248-4900||DOI:||10.1016/0248-4900(88)90057-3||Source:||Biology of the Cell[ISSN 0248-4900],v. 63, p. 183-193|
