Abstract: We consider the leader-follower problem in a discrete space. We apply an algorithm which integrates the linear programming formulation of the problems for the leader and the follower and, in an iterative process, finds a solution by solving a sequence of these linear problems. We propose a matheuristic procedure where the problem of the leader is solved via a kernel search algorithm.
