dc.description.abstractThe progressive ageing of the population is changing the complex infrastructure of the society and sanitary services in occidental countries. The presence of more older persons in the world is increasing the dependence levels, for that reason and because family support has decreased, it is necessary the development of different community, institutional, sanitary and social services in order to promote progress for all ages in all areas. In this study we make an analysis of the legislative system and the socio-sanitary services in relationship with the ageing people.
