The inclusion of low-cost LEDs devices and cameras with better characteristics in the market, impulse the use of Optical Camera Communication (OCC) for Indoor Positioning Systems. We proposed a new real-time indoor positioning system for multiple devices using OCC and LED beacons. The beacons are positioning at a static distance from the camera, forming a virtual plane that allows a simplification of the trigonometric relations' equations. The preliminary results showed a mean square location error of 1.85cm with an average process time around 48ms. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10553/46226 | ISBN: | 9781538613351 | DOI: | 10.1109/CSNDSP.2018.8471774 | Source: | 2018 11th International Symposium on Communication Systems, Networks and Digital Signal Processing, CSNDSP 2018 (8471774) |
