MeetingPlanner - Aplicación web para la organización de lecturas de Trabajo de Fin de Título

Abstract

Dentro de las diferentes fases que conlleva la lectura de los Trabajos de Fin de Título en la Escuela de Ingeniería Informática de la ULPGC, encontramos una de ellas que afecta a la organización de las fechas y horarios en las que se desarrollarán las lecturas de los TFTs. Actualmente esta fase se lleva a cabo mediante el intercambio de correos entre el profesorado implicado en dichas lecturas, lo que conlleva el cruce de un sinfín de correos donde, además, se da el hándicap de que pueden existir intercambios concurrentes que pueden implicar el solape de fechas y horarios. Este TFT pretende proporcionar una solución que simplifique esta fase de establecimiento de fechas y horarios de las lecturas de TFTs.

Among the different steps involved in presenting the Final Degree Projects (TFT) in the School of Computer Engineering of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, one of them is the scheduling of the dates and times of such presentations. Currently, this process is carried out through the exchange of emails between the professors involved in these presentations which entails sending endless emails where, in addition, there is the handicap that there may be concurrent exchanges that may imply the overlap of dates and times. This TFT is intended to provide a solution that efficiently simplifies this phase of planning and organizing the dates and times of TFT presentations.
