Los Derechos Humanos ante la era digital. Ciberderechos y nuevas tecnologías aplicadas a la educación jurídico-universitaria. DHD & NTEJU: Nuevos escenarios sociales plantean la necesidad de cuestionarnos el reconocimiento de nuevos derechos humanos. Análisis desde la perspectiva de la denominada era digital y los bautizados como ciberderechos o derechos digitales. Las nuevas tecnologías aplicadas a la educación jurídico universitaria, en un mundo globalizado, constituyen una herramienta imprescindible, tanto por parte del docente para la transmisión del conocimiento jurídico, como por parte del alumnado para la proyección y la difusión de lo aprendido.
Derechos humanos civiles, políticos, económicos, sociales y culturales. Hacia una sociedad inclusiva. Especial consideración del problema migratorio. DHCPESC & MI: El reconocimiento por parte de los Estados de la importancia de los derechos civiles, políticos, económicos, sociales y culturales constituyen un avance para el desarrollo de las sociedades. Los nuevos escenarios sociales provocan el análisis de algunos de estos derechos en concreto: derecho a la vida y el valor de la dignidad humana, derecho a la educación, derecho a la cultura y patrimonio cultural, derecho a una muerte digna (testamento vital y digital), etc... Análisis de las políticas de inmigración con específica referencia al significado general del libre desarrollo de la personalidad frente al paternalismo legal que pudiera diluir el significado autónomo del individuo. Derechos y deberes de los inmigrantes. Flujos migratorios: refugiados, desplazados y migrantes económicos.
La decisión judicial. DJ: - Analizar la decisión jurídica (extrasistemática e intrasistemática), su naturaleza y estructura así como las características del saber jurídico práctico encaminado a las determinación del contenido adecuado a cada una de ellas.
Garantías Procesales y Acceso a la Justicia. GP: Las garantías procesales y el acceso a la justicia son fundamentales en todos los sistemas jurídicos, desempeñando un papel crucial en la protección de los derechos individuales y colectivos en todas sus posibles manifestaciones.

DHD & NTEJU: New social scenarios raise the need to question the recognition of new human rights. Analysis from the perspective of the so-called digital era and the so-called cyber-rights or digital rights. The new technologies applied to university legal education, in a globalized world, are an indispensable tool, both by the teacher for the transmission of legal knowledge, as part of the students for the projection and diffusion of what they have learned.

Garantías Procesales y Acceso a la Justicia. GP: Procedural guarantees and access to justice are fundamental in all legal systems, playing a crucial role in the protection of individual and collective rights in all their possible manifestations.
